Smarter Lead Capture for AI Chat Receptionist
You can now view and edit the default prompt for the Capture Leads capability, giving you more control over how your AI Chat Receptionist gathers lead information.
Collect Additional Lead Details Automatically
Your AI Chat Receptionist can now monitor conversations for extra fields and automatically log them to a Contact record — including custom fields.
Configure this under:
AI Workforce → AI Chat Receptionist → Configure → Capabilities → Capture Leads → Fields to Capture From Conversations
Note: These enhancements are coming soon to the AI Voice Receptionist as well.

Bulk Actions for Faster Follow-Up
Use Bulk Actions to trigger one-off automation actions across multiple CRM records. This allows you to take actions like:
• Send follow-up campaigns
• Assign leads
• Trigger specific tasks
…without building a full workflow.
Clearer Form Field Mapping
Customize form field names while keeping clear indicators of how each field maps to your CRM.
